Playing Tennis

Pada cuti hujung minggu yang baru lalu Persatuan Tenis Samarahan dan Unit Sukan Unimas menganjurkan pertandingan tenis antara regu.Permainan terpaksa di mulakan awal pagi kerana hampir setiap petang hujan.
Pemain Tenis sanggup tunggu hujan berhenti dan sanggup juga ngemop court tenis.Kalau di rumah,pegang mop pun tak pernah.Itulah semangat pemain tenis.Well.....it's good for your health.
Today ,i would like to talk about tenis.Tenis is a very interesting game .ITS A LOT LIKE LIFE.
1.Tenis is played on a court according to strict rules.....so is our life.Live within a bounds of society and abide by undang-undang .

2.Tenis always begins with a serve....so does each of our days.Setiap pagi kita start with a fresh possiblity....so make the most of it.Kalau serve kita bagus ,senang saja kita menang dan kalau mood pagi hari bagus dan kita segar,hari seterusnya akan produktif.

3.Tenis is a game of endurance,....begitu jugak dgn kehidupan kita,perlukan ENDURANCE.A tenis match can go up to few hours and more often becomes more a test of stamina then of a skill.

4.Tenis is a game of volleys ,strokes and slices....so is life.Our strokes and volleys sometimes good or superb and sometimes sangkut kat net or terbang tinggi.....Yes..u wont win them all,but you wont lose them all either.If u learn to recover,approach the net once a while or play attacking once a while and develop strong backhand,you will get through it..nicely dan ok.

5.Determination is a factor....in life or in tenis.Kalau kita mempunyai determination yang kuat kita boleh menang begitu jugak dgn kehidupan kalau kita ada determination, kita akan berjaya dalam kehidupan kita.

6.Handling pressure or handling kena Psycho opponents kita.Sometime s main tenis is more on how we handle pressure ,lebih-lebih lagi bila dah ketinggalan...so is life.When we are down or stressfull,it is how we handle our life ,to get through it.

So my friend ,start main tenis or any other games .Its make you fit....
