"Itu pun nak marah"
"Itu pun nak marah" my wife merungut......
I have this bad habit of easily get irritated by 'small matters ' things.
When our irritation levels shoot up sky high before we know it we are feeling annoyed and upset at the slightest incident....
After few years of practising self motivational talk,dah banyak improve sekarang and now become less irritated dan less meletup(word yang isteri dan anak-anak gunakan bila abah marah)
Bila saya merasa getting wound up over something,i just stop
and i will ask myself this question.....DOES IT REALLY MATTER? BERBALOI TAK?
Kalau it is really does.....then get to the grips with what must be done.(appropriate action is a fine antidote to stress)
Memang lah ,kadang-kadang we allow ourselves to become worked up about something that really DOESN'T MATTER.........then our irritation can quickly leads us into NEGATIVITY and feeling of LOW ESTEEM.
Contoh......
1. anak menumpahkan minuman...
2.Isteri kita lambat bersiap utk berjalan dsbnya...
3.makanan kegemaran tak disediakan...
4.people overtake kereta kita recklessly...
5.suami kita tak telipon kita...
6.suami kita balik lambat sekali sekala...kerana buat OT...
Then tanya diri kita.....
IS IT WORTH GET UPSET?
IS IT WITHIN YOUR CONTROL?
IS IT BEYOND YOUR CONTROL?
So next time when your stress level rising,ask yourelf "DOES IT RELLY MATTER"
If the answer is NO then remind yourself that "THIS ISN'T IMPORTANT" and it is NOT WORTH getting upset.....and bawa senyum saja.
LET GO YOUR MINOR IRRITATION AND KEEP YOUR STRESS LEVEL LOW........AND YOU LIVE LONGER.
