Salah satu cara unt membentuk keyakinan diri dan meningkatkan self esteem pada anak-anak kita ialah dengan encourage them to take part in games and sports.Train them like a coach training a star player.Train them with proper training and coaching system.This will prevent them from getting sports injuries.
Jadikan permainan itu sebagai satu proses pembelajaran(educational process).Teach them the principles of the games apart from the technique and tactics of the games.

AND THE MOST IMPORTANT THING TEACH THEM TO BE COURTEOUS WINNER AND SPORTING LOSER.....It is not the winning that count each time,....participating is just as important...

Sukan juga dapat membina badan yang sihat dan yang penting sekali adalah MINDA yang sihat.Dan kita tak boleh menolak bahawa sukan akan menambahkan networking ,make a lot of friends and bring down your stress.

For your kids....A smile,a word of appreciation,a pat of encouragement from you can make all the difference between the winning and losing for your kids.And dont underestimate the quality of time you spent with your kids,and also the impacts of it towards your kids.
