Applause and appreciation.......
The issue of appreciation is abig one....major thing to some of us.
Ahhhh...many of us feel that we are taken for granted.......the people we serve dont appereciate us...so why should we give them the best?
The answer for that........we have our INTEGRITY and STANDARD......and my friend ..we derive MEANING and SATISFACTION from doing a great job......
Brader......it doesnt matter whether or not anybody knows or appreciates what we do......we still have to do what's right.Allah maha mengetahui......
......we still have to be the best......
...whatever we do...it is about us...not them......and the most important thing this is about how much we care....not how much they care.
Yesss....we all know.....the desire to be appreciated is normal......tapi....brader..it is hard to find meaning if one craves for APPLAUSE.
A person who craves fo applause will focus on getting it....instead of meeting the needs of others.
Plisss ingat selalu.......people DONT always REMEMBER TO APPLAUD.
And one more thing.......if you crave applause.your HAPPINESS will DEPEND ON THE WHIMS OF OTHERS.....
Dan sebaiknya.....THE MEANING AND SATISFACTION THAT YOU RECEIVE WHEN YOU HELP OTHERS WILL ALWAYS BE YOURS.....WHETHER OR NOT ANYBODY ELSE APPLAUD.......
