Meritrocracy...
"Meritrocracy...hanya akan berjaya jika semua kaum dan semua pehak berada dalam kelas dan level yang sama...dan semua pehak mampu untuk masuk dalam semua perlumbaan dan pertandingan...otherwise ia nya merupakan satu penganiayaan(oppression) dan (marginalisation) dan sesuatu ketidakadilan..(injustice)...
What say U ? Do you believe in total meritrocracy?

!.M.Sariff.."A discussion of this nature must put all elements in perspective and must not exclude history.Malaysia has been colonised for about 500 years by portugese,dutch,britain.Along the they brought in immigrants for political and economic purposes to strengthened thier rule by undermining pribumis claim for power and share the wealth.The DEB is formulated to counter the imbalance.The initial objective though not fully met,has brought noticeable results.Our generation is proof of that. In my opinion,the goverment must continue to pursue giving assistance to pribumi in the field of education,and bussiness.Pribumis must be trained to compete and the goverment must give to only deserving and qualified pribumis within DEB scope.
The threat to pribumis are not our non bumi brothers but matsalleh thro globisation.

Perlembagaan Malaysia harus di pertahankan yang memberi keistemewaan kepada org Melayu dan Pribumi di Sarawak dan Sabah dan tidak melupakan hak-hak kaum lain spt yang termaktub dalam perlembagaan.

Satu perkara kita kena faham.
Keadaan pribumi/bumiputra samada di sarawak,Sabah atau semenanjung amat mendukacitakan.
Dari segi mentaliti pun kita sudah kalah secara majoriti. Utk menggunakan meritokrasi secara total bakal menyebabkan suasana yang tidak menentu dan possibility of a revolt.
Mungkin meritokrasi boleh di applikasi kepada pribumi dan bumiputra yang telah berjaya dari segi pencapaian ekonomi dan status.
bagi yang di kawasan luar bandar dan pendalaman atau golongan berpendapatan rendah assisstance mesti di teruskan buat mereka.
Cuma masaalahnya yg dah berjaya pun akan mahu gunakan sistem bantuan jugak( eg ada yg hantar anak balik ke kampung tinggal ngan nenek/atok supaya anak dapat masuk asrama penuh atas kuota pelajar luar bandar)
