Bring out the positive...
Dalam kehidupan kita seharian...banyak perkara positif yg berlaku keatas diri kita darpada perkara-perkara negatif,tapi kita selalu fokus kpd yg negatif dan separuh drp tenaga kita gunakan utk perkara negatif itu.
Ironinya,ini kerana the goods and positive things sudah menjadi perkara biasa (so common),so much so sudah menjadi part of life dan kita tidak menyedari keujudan nya.Sebaliknya ,Perkara Negatif,dan Permasalahan kecil atau besar akan mendapat perhatian kita kerana ianya "tidak menjadi kebiasaan" (relatively unusual)
Unfortunately, Dgn memberi perhatian kpd perkara-perkara negative ,kita juga memberi perkara itu kekuatan dan tenaga dan sokongan. Obviously that's not really what you want.
Instead of letting the small number of difficulties grab all your attention, work to become more aware of the overwhelmingly large number of good things.
Challenge kan diri kita sendiri.. to compile a list in your mind, as the day goes on, sekurang-kurangnya 20 good, positive, valuable things that come your way.
Most people, when asked to make a list of their troubles, would quickly be able to name dozens of things.
Yet when you start looking instead for your blessings, and keeping a mental record of them, what you discover will positively amaze and delight you.
Put a little effort into bringing out the positive, and it will bring out the best in you.
